We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
The e-bike is unused, unaltered, and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components are included
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Used, damaged, or modified e-bikes are not eligible for a refund.
The following items are non-refundable:
Used or ridden e-bikes
Clearance or final sale items
Custom or special-order products
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [your support email] with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If your e-bike arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Pure Ride E-Bike reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
